About Bridget Barge

Ms. Bridget Bardge is a successful entrepreneur! With nearly 10 years experience working with one of the largest national insurance companies in the U.S., Ms. Bardge opened her own agency, NJ Family Insurance Agency in 2008. This agency provides Life & Health Insurance policies from 33 different carriers including Aflac, United/Oxford Healthcare, Fidelity and Old Mutual to name a few. Ms. Bardge attended Rutgers University in 1998 and started her volunteerism as a hot-line intake counselor for Women & Children of Domestic Abuse. Today, she is still offering her time to the community by mentoring students within the Beyond Today after-school program and the East Orange, NJ Employment & Training Office.

About Kelly Lynn Adams

Kelly Lynn Adams is a professional Life Coach and an Executive District Manager for Arbonne International. Her mission: to empower and inspire women to live their best life, and help change lives one person at a time. As a consultant, she promotes the Arbonne products throughout the United States and internationally, while overseeing her team who does the same.

She not only helps women to look beautiful on the outside, but motivates, empowers and helps women to change their lives and build their confidence by helping them achieve their dreams as a professional Life Coach. Kelly Lynn Adams graduated with honors from Penn State University and is currently a student of the iPEC program. She loves to give her time and resources back to the communities and has volunteered and helped fundraise for numerous charities and organizations.

About Gerard Radice, MA

Gerard is currently a Consultant/Educator with a not-for- profit mental health agency in New Jersey and board member of Beyond Today. In his fulltime position, Gerard has the opportunity to teach and facilitate at various workshops reaching numerous and diverse populations. Gerard's professional career spans over 18 years working in various social service positions assisting individuals with disabilities and career development.

Gerard has worked in capacities such as Volunteer Coordinator, Employment Specialist, Counselor and Supported Employment Supervisor, with the last fifteen years dedicated to mental health and psychiatric rehabilitation. Gerard attended Montclair State University and received a Master of Arts degree in Counseling. During Gerard's studies he interned at a private school tutoring children with special needs.

Gerard currently resides in Essex County with his wife, Nicole, daughter Vanessa and their pug Zoey.

About Jesse Sabo

Jesse Sabo is co-founder of lostfoundreturned, a New York City based national lost and found recovery service.

In addition to being entrepreneur and business owner, Jesse is also a professional pianist, music teacher, church organist, and manages a commercial music production company, D-otherside Music Group. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business Management and Piano Performance from Berklee College of Music and currently resides in Manhattan.

Ian Miller

Ian has a B.A in Political Science and a Ed.M. from Antioch University in Education. He is a certified in NY to teach Pre k , Elementary Education and Secondary Social Studies Ian has been the head teacher for a Montessori School, an Adjunct Professor at Penn State, Developed and wrote a graduate education course on competency based education, appeared in a video demonstrating this methodology and conducted several seminars for teacher on the subject.

Kumari Ghafoor-Davis

Kumari Ghafoor-Davis, MSW has served children and families for over 14 years. She has worked primarily with children who have been physically, mentally and emotionally neglected and/or abused. Many of which were diagnosed with mental health issues including depression, bipolar, psychosis and other concerns including ADD, ADHD, and learning disabilities.

As a consultant, Kumari does freelance grant writing, and facilitates staff development trainings for non-profits through her organization Optimistic Expectations. She also facilitates seminars/workshops and groups on parenting skills, anger/stress management, career development and self empowerment in children and adults. She works as a life coach with women and youth on self observation/empowerment and advocacy, assisting persons to identify their true selves, aspirations and focal points in obtaining those goals. She also teaches Sociology courses at Essex and Passaic County Community Colleges, and Caldwell College in NJ.

Kumari graduated from Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, NJ with a BA in Sociology, and a minor in African American Studies. She then attended Columbia University-NYC and obtained her Master’s in Social Work, and is currently pursuing her PhD. in Human Services with a concentration in Social Policy Planning and Analysis. She is also a certified School Social Worker.

Annette is a case worker at St. Joesph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. She graduated from William Paterson University with a BA in Sociology

Tiffany Miles

Mrs. Tiffany Miles is an Entrepeneur! Currently she owns and operates two businesses with her husband. In April 2008, Tiffany and her husband opened Dipps Ice Cream www.dippsicecream.com in Clifton, NJ. Dipps carries 36 flavors of Hershey’s Premium Ice Cream and specializes in Gourmet Ice Cream cakes in over 24 Flavors!

In December of 2009, the Miles family opened Buffalo’s Chicken Shack www.buffaloschicken.com in Wood Ridge, NJ. Buffalo’s is a western themed restaurant offering Fried Chicken, Ribs and specializing in Buffalo Wings. All of our sauces are home made and delicious!

Before Tiffany became and entrepreneur, she graduated from Borough of Manhattan Community College where she majored in Business Administration. In 2003, Tiffany returned to Felician College to obtain her Paralegal Certificate. Tiffany worked for a New Jersey Foreclosure law firm before accepting employment at the Division of Youth and Family Services as Litigation Paralegal.

Currently, Tiffany commits a portion of her time to helping others and serving the community. She is a Board Member for Beyond Today as well as the President of the Lakeview Merchants Association. Tiffany is also a Rotarian and sits on the Clifton Ecomonic Development committee.
